Joseph Randall Realty was established in 2017. We are a growing real estate brokerage firm offering traditional real estate services. We work with both buyers and sellers and are licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. We specialize in Steele Creek and Lake Wylie waterfront homes, but service many other areas as well. We are also foreclosure specialists and can assist you in navigating the confusing world of short sales.
We also tailor services to fit your needs. We offer everything from reduced selling commission listings, to limited service listings, to simply putting your home on the MLS for you and you do the rest.
We also buy distressed properties or ‘fixers’ and rehab them for resale.

Randy
Randy was born and raised in Virginia. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelors degree in business management. Randy relocated to Charlotte in 1988. He has a background in retail management prior to becoming a licensed real estate broker. Randy’s interests include kayaking, jet skiing, boating, gardening, landscaping and home staging/design. Randy enjoys spending time with his family, particularly his nieces and nephews, and is often found in the yard with his German Shepherd.

Joe
Joe was born in New York, raised in Ohio, and relocated to Charlotte in 1995 and has resided on Lake Wylie ever since. He spent time working on the medical helicopter and airplane transport program in Charlotte and has a background in health care. Joe has a bachelors degree in nursing and an MBA. Joe enjoys travelling, sightseeing, road trips, cooking, and red wine. He is often found out on the lake in his boat or on a jet ski. He also enjoys kayaking and paddle boarding. He typically can be found outside walking the neighborhood with his German Shepherd dog.
